As the Facilities Coordinator, you will lead a team of two Receptionists and will play a key role in creating a seamless workplace experience across two buildings located next to each other.
Job Responsibility
Coordinating workplace services, maintenance and contractor management
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers
Managing workplace requests and resolving day-to-day operational issues
Supporting health, safety and compliance initiatives
Monitoring budgets, reporting and administration
Ensuring the smooth running of reception
Requirements
Experience in Facilities, Workplace, Property, Office Management or a similar coordination role
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
