Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company, specialising in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide a high-quality, client-facing service within a corporate office environment. As Facilities Coordinator, you will act as the on-site point of contact for our client, ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of the workplace. You will play a key role in delivering a consistently exceptional service, building strong relationships, and maintaining full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary on-site contact for the client and building occupants
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and a five-star workplace experience
Build and maintain positive relationships with occupants, visitors, and key stakeholders
Ensure the workplace remains fully compliant with Health & Safety and Environmental legislation
Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues, resolving them proactively and escalating where appropriate
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator or similar facilities management role
Strong client-facing and customer service skills within a corporate environment
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental compliance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
5 years previous experience in a similar role is essential
Nice to have:
Experience working within a corporate office or professional services environment
Knowledge of supplier and contractor management
Relevant facilities or health & safety qualifications
