We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our tech client in Melbourne! You’ll play a key role in the upkeep and management of the facilities, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This is a fixed term contract, April to September 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate admin tasks for the facilities activities
Oversee repair and maintenance programs, ensuring timely resolution of service requests
Conduct facility inspections and maintain accurate records
Monitor and prioritise work ticket queues to ensure efficient response times
Coordinate and assist with office relocations, space reconfigurations, and move activities
Contribute to monthly reporting processes and supporting the documentation requirements
Requirements:
Facilities experience or exposure to building management or maintenance
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
