We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to oversee both hard and soft facility services operations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of building systems, vendor management, and service delivery to ensure optimal facility performance and occupant satisfaction across all operational areas.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise janitorial and cleaning services
Coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance including snow removal and seasonal services
Manage security services, access control systems, and visitor management protocols
Oversee catering services, event setup, and conference room management
Coordinate pest control, waste management, and recycling programs
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranties and service agreements
Manage building automation systems and energy management initiatives
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs, installations, and capital improvement projects
Ensure compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and environmental standards
Develop and maintain relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers
Support the Operations Managers in monitoring of service level agreements and ensure contractual compliance, involved in review of invoices while supporting in managing facility services budgets
Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and coordinate improvement initiatives
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and service calls
Prepare regular reports on facility performance metrics and budget variance analysis
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire codes, and accessibility requirements
Support in the coordinating emergency response procedures and business continuity planning
Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs
