This is an active, immediate opening for a candidate with a property/facility management designation (e.g., FMA) and working knowledge of CMMS platforms to help streamline our maintenance workflows and facility operations.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure effective operation and safety compliance of home office and regional facilities
Guide and oversee contracted vendors for security, groundskeeping, and janitorial services
Process invoices, maintain financial documentation, issue purchase orders, and coordinate vendor quotes
Coordinate office moves and event setups, including the physical movement of furniture and equipment
Act as a key point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external service providers
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of property management experience, including vendor oversight and financial responsibilities
Post-secondary education is required
A property/facility management designation (e.g., FMA) is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and familiarity with CMMS platforms
The ability to "switch in a second" and reprioritize tasks to meet immediate facility or customer needs
