Job Description:

Temporary Facilities Coordinator position for 2 months. Proactive and organised individual needed to ensure smooth operations of facilities department, maintain compliance, and support various facility management tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide essential admin support for the facilities department
  • Regularly check facilities within the building
  • Collaborate on upcoming projects
  • Maintain open communication with all parties involved
  • Manage the raising of POs
  • Assist with day-to-day office management tasks
  • Ensure business compliance with regulations
  • Contribute to health and safety initiatives
  • Liaise with sub-contractors

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is a plus
  • A proactive and cheerful attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
