Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and supervise Hard Services subcontractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for both planned and ad hoc works
Respond to and organize the repair of technical failures, including during and outside of regular working hours
Organize, monitor, and manage preventive maintenance contracts and use the CMMS effectively
Draft and review technical specifications, reports, and tender documents for projects and procurements
Conduct on-site material measurements, verify completed work, and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent organization and task prioritization
Timely and immediate communication and resolution of ad hoc issues
