Facilities Coordinator role within Integrated Facilities Management for a leading global technology company (Alphabet Inc). The role involves being the Site Manager’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities across multiple sites in Hyderabad hosting over 2000 people. The position is part of JLL's team helping the client achieve its ambitions by delivering services and supporting spaces.
Job Responsibility:
Providing onsite support
Perform routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained
Contribute suggestions for process improvement and cost savings
Provide admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination
Ensure key performance indicators and service level agreements are met
Work closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements
Ensure messaging is consistent and in line with user requests
Respond to user inquiries and concerns promptly
Build relationships by engaging clients
Create WOW experiences by anticipating client needs
Take part in the procurement of vendors and services
Ensure workplace safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place
Help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
Comply with the firm’s guidelines and strategies
Support the team and work well with others
Ensure the team practices core behaviours
Requirements:
Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or other related fields
Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management
Knowledgeable in various property systems
Proven track record of flawless project execution while following company standards and procedures
Excellent communicator
Ability to interact with general client staff and vendors
Ability to address conflicts and conflicting priorities effectively
