Job Description:

Come and join us as a Facilities Coordinator and be part of a hugely successful and friendly team. Although a bit of a cliche, as a Facilities Coordinator, no two days will be the same and you’ll quickly find yourself getting involved with areas such as maintenance of our property, administration of health and safety, and facilitation of colleagues on site. You’ll enjoy engaging with others and take great pride in creating an enjoyable and safe environment at our newly refurbished Head office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, functional, and pleasant environment in which people can work
  • Supervise a team of cleaners ensuring the building is kept to a high standard at all times
  • Regularly inspect the building for maintenance issues - incl. Heating, Lighting, and Alarm systems
  • Manage the main car park and EV charging points
  • Manage stock and reorder stationery and consumables for the building
  • Oversee passes for new starters and keep records of current staff up-to-date
  • Adhere to the companies safety policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing contractors undertaking DIY jobs
  • Knowledge of H&S and risk assessments
  • Previous experience in dealing with general administration tasks
  • Reliable and able to work under own initiative
  • Proficient in Basic IT
  • Great people, team, and multi-tasking skills
