Job Responsibility:
Ensure a clean, safe, functional, and pleasant environment in which people can work
Supervise a team of cleaners ensuring the building is kept to a high standard at all times
Regularly inspect the building for maintenance issues - incl. Heating, Lighting, and Alarm systems
Manage the main car park and EV charging points
Manage stock and reorder stationery and consumables for the building
Oversee passes for new starters and keep records of current staff up-to-date
Adhere to the companies safety policies
Requirements:
Previous experience managing contractors undertaking DIY jobs
Knowledge of H&S and risk assessments
Previous experience in dealing with general administration tasks
Reliable and able to work under own initiative
Proficient in Basic IT
Great people, team, and multi-tasking skills
