Requirements

  • Assigned floor walk checking for L7, 8 & 12
  • Support FM/AFM to maintain and execute annual 52 weeks planner (PPM for both soft services and hard services)
  • Support SEA/ASPAC technical lead on site technical issues, trouble shooting and inspections
  • Manage Permit to Work (PTW) of all Workplace activities
  • Submit and manage building permits for deliveries or work requests, ensuring timely approval
  • Support FM/AFM on bp Risk Assessments and JLL initiated audits to ensure site complies to Global HSSE and Engineering standards
  • Coordination with vendors to obtain relevant documentation to ensure work compliance (i.e. PTW form, incoming staff list, certified personnel certification or license, and approval from engineering lead/HSSE lead and Site lead prior work commencement)
  • Safekeep all technical documents and PTW documents are kept and managed in an orderly manner
  • Ensure all documents are available for compliance audits purposes
  • Site operations management
  • Assist workplace facility management team with tactical planning for the teams’ goals and objectives
  • Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports if directed, participate in Team meetings
  • Taking facility rounds, floor inspection and raising Corrigo tickets for the same, identify issues at workplace and initiate immediate rectification actions
  • Follow up and close the Corrigo tickets logged as per SLA, effectively manage ground team to ensure an on time deliverable system in accordance with approved workflows
  • Support the Assistant Workplace Manager in all administrative functions, security issues and Workplace services and any other administrative functions deemed by Client
  • Communicate to the Assistant Workplace Manager all incidents’ issues and pending problems
  • Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development
  • Vendor grooming and real time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and maintain performance evaluation on monthly basis
