Job Description

Providing onsite support as the Site Manager’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. Meeting the clients’ facilities needs by working closely with clients and suppliers. Making everyone safe and risk-free by ensuring health and safety procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are implemented
  • Provide admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination
  • Ensure key performance indicators and service level agreements are met
  • Work closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries
  • Participate in procurement of vendors and services
  • Ensure workplace safety by keeping safe procedures in place
  • Help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or other related fields
  • Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management
  • Knowledgeable in various property systems
  • Proven track record of flawless project execution
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to interact with general client staff and vendors
  • Ability to address conflicts and conflicting priorities effectively
