Job Description

This position delivers exceptional customer service to meet expectations of on-site clients while ensuring timely completion of preventative and corrective work requests. You will manage preventative and corrective maintenance databases to efficiently handle work order and ticket requests while providing supervision during ad-hoc works to ensure high-quality workmanship. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by coordinating day-to-day operations of all facilities management engineering related services, serving as liaison between property owners, building management, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet expectations of on-site clients while ensuring timely completion of preventative and corrective work requests
  • Manage preventative and corrective maintenance database to efficiently handle work order and ticket requests while providing supervision during ad-hoc works
  • Conduct root cause analysis on major reactive faults and assess proposed rectifications with vendors/technicians for suitability and effectiveness
  • Perform regular site inspections and assessments to maintain building operation procedures and performance measures
  • Assist with requests related to management, operations, and facility management audits while coordinating day-to-day operations of assigned properties
  • Serve as liaison between property owners, building management, vendors, and internal stakeholders while responding promptly to maintenance requests
  • Schedule and manage routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all facilities management engineering related issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities management and engineering coordination with strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance databases and work order management systems
  • Understanding of building operation procedures and performance measures with ability to conduct site inspections and assessments
  • Experience with root cause analysis on mechanical faults and vendor/technician coordination
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations compliance in facilities management
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and warranties.

Nice to have

  • Background in facilities management engineering services and building operations
  • Experience cultivating vendor relationships including obtaining quotes and ensuring SLA compliance
  • Understanding of contract specifications and service level agreement management
  • Knowledge of facility management audits and compliance procedures
  • Experience providing regular reports to management on facility performance and budget adherence
  • Strong communication skills for liaising between multiple stakeholders including property owners and building management
