Maintain accurate schedules, budgets, field reporting, and project documentation, reflecting real-time changes in status and scope
Review contractor pricing, change orders, and field conditions to protect cost discipline and avoid scope drift
Support procurement and bid processes, including scope development, contractor selection, and vendor performance management
Conduct site walks and inspections to verify quality, confirm compliance, and identify issues early
Drive closeout deliverables including punchlists, turnover documentation, and final acceptance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading facilities construction, utility facilities work, or operational infrastructure projects
Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and field execution across multiple active sites or concurrent projects
Strong working knowledge of construction fundamentals including scopes, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and change orders
Experience working in operational environments where safety, access control, and service continuity matter
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
able to produce clear field reporting and basic project tracking
Bachelor’s degree preferred
equivalent field experience accepted
Must be able to meet the company’s driving requirements
