Job Description:

Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is a vibrant and community-oriented institution offering premium British-style and Moroccan education to both local and expatriate students. Renowned for its progressive pedagogy and holistic educational philosophy, KGSR continues to build a strong reputation as a school committed to excellence, inclusion, and student well-being. We are currently seeking a Facilities Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of the school’s facilities and services. The successful candidate will assist with logistics, maintenance coordination, and administrative support to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the school’s facilities and services
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external service providers to ensure timely follow-ups on repairs, supplies, and general services
Handle staff requests, manage records, and support administrative processes related to facilities
Monitor the proper use of equipment and office resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Support logistics including room setup, equipment handling, and the smooth running of school events
Maintain accurate documentation for procurement, inventory, and service requests
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure operational efficiency
Provide general administrative support to the Facilities/Operations Manager as required
