Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of facilities and support day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing maintenance systems, coordinating facility operations, and ensuring the seamless functioning of conference spaces.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the scheduling, setup, and maintenance of conference rooms to ensure optimal functionality
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities and schedules
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Coordinator to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor and maintain facility equipment and inventory, ensuring availability and proper functioning
  • Assist in timekeeping and workforce management using systems such as Kronos
  • Provide support for facility-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Respond to requests and inquiries related to facilities, delivering exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for facility operations and activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all facility operations
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance facility efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Familiarity with managing and coordinating conference room operations
  • Knowledge of facilities coordination and maintenance processes
  • Proficiency in using workforce management tools like Kronos
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency
