Job Responsibility:
Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and service requests
Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for building services, inspections, and repairs
Assist with office space organization, office moves, and event setups
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in facilities, office administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
