Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining excellent cleanliness across all external estate areas, paths, and driveways
  • Carrying out light, non-technical maintenance tasks and small painting/decorating jobs
  • Managing the bin stores, preparing wheelie bins for collection, and ensuring recycling areas are kept clean
  • Conducting regular estate safety checks, including replacing light bulbs and ensuring fire exits are clear
  • Being a welcoming, courteous, and alert presence on site to support the security and well-being of the development
