Job Responsibility

Carry out general maintenance and repair work to keep cabins in good working order and well-presented
Complete basic decorating and upkeep tasks to maintain high standards of cabin appearance
Respond quickly to maintenance issues and resolve them where possible, using basic tools and repair skills
Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner
Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin
Ensure every cabin is regularly audited to keep standards high
Assist across the location as and when required, for example delivering items ordered from the Retreat to cabins or emptying bins on a changeover day

Respond promptly to urgent facility issues, assist with immediate coordination, and document actions taken along with follow-up updates
