As Facilities Assistant, you will take ownership of day-to-day floor operations, acting as a central point of contact for workplace services. You will ensure high standards of service delivery, anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain an exceptional environment at all times. This role requires confidence, professionalism and the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple service lines. Full training will be provided to support your success in the role.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of floor operations, ensuring a consistent five-star service experience
Provide proactive support and swift resolution to client teams
Build strong relationships with meeting and event hosts, agency office leads and stakeholders
Understand and anticipate client expectations to ensure service excellence
Coordinate and support all service lines operating on the floor
Resetting the meeting rooms and office spaces and restocking of supplies in preparation for the following day
Demonstrate flexibility in working patterns and willingness to support tasks beyond core responsibilities when required
Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing, facilities or workplace hospitality role
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Solutions-focused and proactive in approach
