Visitor reception
Greeting and help to inform when the visitor comes
Sign in at the front desk to get a visitor pass and change for visitor ID card
Visitor temp card and access application
Taxi calling service
Support LKS to guide visitor/ student to the right place
Access security control, pay attentions to strange person
Phone call service
Help to transfer to the right person or message
Pay attention if there comes strange calls
Package/Letter service
Inform employees to received their package, letter, business cards etc.
Packing and sending package to each office site
Colleagues from the other department ask for help
Stationeries service
Ordering and maintaining all the office stationeries-JLL
Papers(Letter/Clean Room papers)-JLL
Hygiene products order-JLL
Help to deliver to employees
Parking management
Print the parking tickets for visitors if needed
Contact with Tai-Yuan , Si-Soft , and Xing-Ye parking center for added or remove the car plate
Inform employees our parking rules and given the parking permitand elevator card
