The facilities assistants are responsible for providing service to support the operation of CX City and shall perform duties which shall include but not limited to: To report to / assist to Assistant Facilities Officer / Facilities Officer / Senior Facilities Officer; Collect and deliver documents from and to CX City’s various departments, airport, PTB and KACA; Collect and deliver documents to other; To man and support any security postings, maintain order and perform duties as assigned; To assist traffic control / crown control; To assist visitor(s) to register relevant information at loading bay; To assist in event management; To perform any other facilities management and related assignments as directed
