Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of office facilities to promote a well-functioning and secure environment
Plan and execute large-scale projects, including parking lot improvements, office upgrades, and vendor-driven renovations
Manage inspection schedules, service contracts, and maintenance activities by coordinating with external vendors and internal teams
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and building compliance requirements
Develop and monitor the facilities budget, focusing on cost-efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards
Lead the Safety Committee, fostering a culture of workplace safety and preparedness
Supervise front-desk and reception operations to create a detail-oriented and welcoming experience for visitors and staff
Organize staff scheduling and training for reception coverage to maintain smooth operations
Collaborate across departments to streamline visitor management, meeting room logistics, office communications, and event planning
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for office supplies, furniture, and operational services
Requirements:
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to oversee maintenance activities
Experience managing conference room logistics and office facilities
Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking staff schedules
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead facilities projects from planning to execution
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and building regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, staff, and leadership
Hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement
