Job Description

Assistant Manager - Facilities (Technical) is responsible for the day-to- day operations and management of the premises. Base location : Noida

Job Responsibility

  • Operations & Maintenance of Engineering equipment- UPS, Air conditioning systems, BMS, AHU’s, Firefighting, plumbing and other utility equipment’s
  • Handling AMCs through vendors, Inventory of spares and management
  • Implement process and procedural changes for facility improvements
  • Coordinate with Estate Management team for effective management of building management services
  • Manage, train, and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses
  • Work with team members to identify and prioritize facility-related projects and allocate resources accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in managing ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audits & certifications
  • Ability to understand Electrical SLD, technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Total Experience Expected: 06-09 years
