Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join a dynamic team in Upminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our clients facilities operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Process material requests and raise accurate purchase orders
  • Monitor and manage material stock levels
  • Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices
  • Assist in preparing quotations for small works projects
  • Follow up on outstanding credits and invoices
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and records

Requirements

  • Highly organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle due to location of business

  • Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule and assists with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and updates / maintains the maintenance database
  • Provides support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored
  • Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staff
