Job Description:

Temporary Facilities Administrator role in a vibrant retail environment. The role involves ensuring facilities run smoothly and efficiently, with responsibilities including facility management tasks, maintenance requests, office supplies management, health and safety standards, and visitor management.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting day-to-day facility management tasks
Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
Managing office supplies and inventory
Maintaining health and safety standards and administration
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
Managing the visitor management system
Meet and greeting all visitors on site
Offering full administration support to wider team and business heads

Requirements:

Commitment to the full 6-month contract
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work well under pressure and to conflicting deadlines
A proactive approach and 'can do' attitude to problem-solving
Previous experience in facilities administration or health and safety admin is valuable
