Facilitation & Collaboration Coe - Senior Specialist

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, context, and desired outcomes
• design thoughtful, engaging, and outcome-driven workshop agendas tailored to each challenge
• facilitate workshops that guide groups from current state to future state — enabling clarity, alignment, and action
• navigate ambiguity and group dynamics with confidence, empathy, and adaptability
• capture outputs and share insights to support follow-up actions and sustained impact

• Proven experience in strategic workshop design and facilitation (not training sessions) and working closely with senior stakeholders or executive sponsors
• familiarity with human-centered design, design thinking, or systems thinking approaches
• certifications in LUMA, HCD, or similar frameworks are a plus but not essential
• open to diverse professional backgrounds — including psychology, research, customer experience, and more
• experience outside of telecommunications is welcome and valued
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to manage complex group dynamics and foster inclusive collaboration
• creative problem-solver with a willingness to experiment and iterate
• comfortable working in ambiguity and guiding others through it
• positive, collaborative mindset — a natural 'yes, and' thinker
• courage to face challenges and help others do the same
