We are looking for the next generation of clinical leaders to help us navigate this milestone expansion. This is a full-scale service expansion into a brand-new, purpose-built building. While the infrastructure is entirely new and designed for upgraded models of care, the foundation is an existing, high-functioning team. We are scaling a proven model of care within a high-performance, intentionally designed department culture. Strategic Expansion & Infrastructure: Work in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built workspace featuring 4 dedicated resuscitation bays, a 16-bed Short Stay Unit (SSU) and custom-designed fast-track paediatric and behavioural assessment zones. We offer flexibility in FTE configuration. Emergency physicians with PEM qualifications or experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
