FACEM / SMO Lead New ED Expansion

Werribee Mercy Hospital is doubling its Emergency Department capacity to 67 treatment spaces. We are looking for the next generation of clinical leaders to help us navigate this milestone expansion. This is a full-scale service expansion into a brand-new, purpose-built building. While the infrastructure is entirely new and designed for upgraded models of care, the foundation is an existing, high-functioning team. We are scaling a proven model of care within a high-performance, intentionally designed department culture. Emergency physicians with PEM qualifications or experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
