About the Role: We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Facebook Ads Manager (Meta, Google, TikTok) to plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage budgets, run creative tests, and optimize performance with a clear focus on ROAS.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Build campaigns from scratch, including audiences, tracking, budgets, and structure
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to consistently improve performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop winning hooks, concepts, and formats
  • Manage budgets across platforms and allocate spend based on opportunity
  • Identify top-performing ads and scale them while controlling CAC and protecting margins
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights, highlighting what is working and what needs testing
  • Maintain clean and scalable account structures
  • Stay updated with platform changes and recommend strategy enhancements

Requirements:
