Job Responsibility

Responsible for managing the sourcing plan and for monitoring subcontractor performance
Responsible for development of RFQ’s for subcontracted work and for the evaluation of subcontractor quotations
Ensure any selected supplier is an approved / qualified source for commodity listed in the Corporate Supplier List (CSL)
Ensure all commercial documents have been conformed / revised to final agreed set of terms and conditions prior to issue of any Purchase order
