Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Engineer / Welder with hands-on experience in flux‑cored wire welding (FCAW) to support fabrication and field operations. This role involves welding, material preparation, drilling, and equipment operation in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform flux‑cored wire welding (FCAW) on structural steel and fabricated components
  • Operate torches and grinders for cutting, fitting, and finishing metal
  • Use mag drills to accurately drill holes according to specifications
  • Read and work from basic blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions
  • Safely operate forklifts and SkyTrak telehandlers to move materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
  • Assist with general fabrication and shop or field tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience with flux‑cored welding
  • Experience operating torches, grinders, and mag drills
  • Ability to operate forklifts and SkyTrak equipment (certification a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
