Job Responsibility

  • PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding effectively to reactive repairs
  • Specialist Tasks: Conducting water temperature checks (full training provided), flat roof inspections, and maintaining doors and locks
  • General Trades: Handling general repairs, carpentry work, and decorating tasks to maintain high facility standards
  • Collaboration: Working alongside other trades to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Compliance: Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations in every task undertaken
  • Call-Outs: Managing call-out tasks as part of a structured rota covering the South Region

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hands-on maintenance roles, ideally with a Joinery qualification
  • Proficiency in general building fabric repairs, including carpentry, locks, and basic decorating
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and repairs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
  • A solid understanding of health and safety protocols within a maintenance environment
