Job Responsibility

Manage and action a variety of reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Handle all admin for your client accounts: raise invoices, quotations, credit notes, and submit worksheets and reports
Maintain and update client portals, ensuring accuracy and reducing open job counts
Support Account Managers with quotations and proposals for additional works
Coordinate with engineers to ensure timely job completion and troubleshoot any issues
Monitor service performance and support improvements to enhance client satisfaction
Assist in delivering fabric maintenance projects on time and within budget
Provide full administrative support to senior staff and collaborate with help desk and account teams
