Job Description:

Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an F&I Development Manager to join our team. This role will support our Nissan, Renault, Peugeot and Hyundai dealerships across the South of the country. This is a full-time permanent role offering a £50,000 basic salary with an OTE £70,000 plus a company car and other company benefits. As this role supports operations across multiple sites, including Derby & Leicester, Northampton and Exeter, regular travel and overnight stays will be required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Agree and measure performance against finance and insurance plans
  • Identify coaching and training requirements
  • Ensure consistent sales process is followed to drive sales and F&I performance

  • Results orientated with a proven track record of over performance
