Job Description

Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an F&I Development Manager to join our team, specifically supporting the Renault & Nissan brand across our group. This is a full-time permanent role offering a £50,000 basic salary with an OTE £70,000 plus a company car and other company benefits. Due to the nature of this role, regular travel across the UK will be required.

Job Responsibility

  • Agree and measure performance against finance and insurance plans
  • Identify coaching and training requirements
  • Ensure a consistent sales process is followed to drive sales and F&I performance levels
  • Work closely with sites that require additional development and support
  • Ensure all dealerships within the division are performing and exceeding against set plans and objectives
