Job Description:

The F&B Team Lead ensures the team operates effectively, maintains cleanliness, monitors dining spaces, and assists management in team hiring and training. The role also focuses on guest satisfaction, quality adherence, and safety compliance, offering an equal opportunity environment with Marriott International.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together to optimize service
complete opening and closing duties
maintain cleanliness of work areas
monitor dining rooms for seating availability and safety
handle maintenance repairs
report incidents to management
document and communicate pertinent information
assist in hiring, training, and counseling employees
welcome and assist guests with disabilities
maintain a professional appearance
support team goals
follow safety policies
adhere to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to move through narrow spaces, ascend/descend stairs, and bend, twist, or stoop
