Job Description:

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly. Your role will be to ensure that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
Assisting the kitchen
Cleaning work areas
Replenishing supplies
Upholding quality standards
Following company policies and procedures
Delivering Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton
Ensuring professional personal appearance and communication
Providing support for food and beverage transactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
Professional personal appearance and communication
Ability to manage the menu (read and visually verify information)
Safe workplace practices
Ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop and reach overhead and below the knees.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
