F&B Supervisor

• Supervising and coordinating daily F&B operations
• Ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining Marriott brand standards
• Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, attentive, and professional service experience
• Handling guest feedback and resolving concerns in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
• Monitoring stock levels, placing orders and ensuring proper inventory management
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and HACCP standards are consistently respected
• Leading, motivating and coaching the F&B team on a daily basis
• Creating efficient shift schedules in line with operational needs
• Training new team members and supporting their development
• Acting as the main point of contact between F&B, Front Office and hotel management
• Monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction scores
• Supporting cost control and productivity targets
• Ensuring compliance with Marriott procedures and internal guidelines

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a strong asset
• A natural leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach others
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate operational needs
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends

Dutch and/or French are a plus
