Job Responsibility:

Supervise all aspects of Restaurant and catering operations
Ensure exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial goal achievement
Help manager diverse, talented, and engaged teams
Lead a diverse team by modeling the way, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle
Optimize staff and supply management, and elevate guest experience
Create and supervise guest-enticing promotions and presentations
Maintain a safe guest and work environment and protect the hotel assets

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of food and beverage or hospitality industries
Applicable Food Safety certifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Regular use of computers, business equipment, and software

Nice to have:

Second language helpful
