Job Description:

The Supervisor is an integral part of the Residences Food & Beverage team at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to support daily Food & Beverage operations within the outlets while delivering exceptional, personalized dining experiences for our members and guests. This role is expected to lead by example, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and operations run smoothly. Our goal is to enhance the residential dining experience while upholding the Four Seasons culture of excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting and supervising daily operations while guiding and motivating team members
  • Ensuring a welcoming, attentive, and personalized service experience for every resident and guest
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures, service flow, and adherence to Four Seasons standards within the Residences
  • Acting as a liaison between residents, team members, and management to ensure expectations and preferences are met
  • Working closely with management and team members to maintain seamless service across the Residences

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
  • Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is a plus
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and manage all restaurant employees, including supervisors and assistant managers, ensuring adherence to cultural and service standards
  • Contribute to long-range strategic planning and operational success
  • Maintain a strong presence across all outlets, providing team recognition, fostering positive resident interactions, and addressing concerns, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food items and beverages, with expertise in wine and spirits in settings that span breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to develop innovative menus and curated wine lists for both restaurants, ensuring high product quality at a fair price
  • Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, accurate budgeting, strategic purchasing, inventory control, and strong cash management practices
  • Regularly inspect the physical condition and equipment of all outlets, recommending and implementing improvements to uphold operational and aesthetic standards
  • Assist with the service of beverages to residents and guests, ensuring prompt and professional delivery
