Job Description:

F&B Service Manager position at The Shanhaitian Resort Sanya Autograph Collection. Responsible for restaurant/bar operations, room service, maintaining sanitation standards, improving guest and employee satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance in areas of responsibility.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Assist with menu planning
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods
Manage day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies and standards
Lead and develop food and beverage team
Ensure exceptional customer service
Handle guest problems and complaints
Conduct human resource activities including training and performance management
Oversee financial aspects including purchasing and payment of invoices

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Understanding of service and sanitation standards
Knowledge of local, state and Federal liquor laws
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage employees and day-to-day operations
Customer service skills
Training and development capabilities
