The main purpose of the role is to support the F&B Service team in delivering a high-quality dining experience to guests. The intern will assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the service team in setting up and clearing tables
Support the mise en place before, during and after service
Assist in serving food and beverages under supervision
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service areas
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Support basic operational tasks as required
Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Basic organizational abilities and attention to detail
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Good Italian and English communication skills
