Job Description

The F&B Service Intern is responsible for offering restaurant guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience. Providing impeccable service at all times to guests in the Restaurant, Bar and Terrace. Support servers, cocktail servers, and managers during times of service.

Job Responsibility

Have knowledge of full restaurant menu in order to be able to provide extensive descriptions of the dishes to our guests
Have knowledge of the wine list and cocktails with the ability to effectively provide descriptions to our guests on wines by the glass and signature cocktails, as a minimum
Responsibility for all the dishes expedited from the kitchen, their presentation and delivery to the correct table
Assist with the cleaning of operational areas
Assist with the setup of the dining areas

Requirements

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home
attention to detail
strong interpersonal and communication skills
the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
be a team player
bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences
this position requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic or EU Passport
