Job Description:

Our Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services to ensure memorable meals for our guests, following company policies, safety standards, and a professional demeanor.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
managing the menu
providing professional guest service.

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience.
