Job Description:

Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table or serving guests during a banquet or event. Our F&B Service Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions and able to take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests’ experience is well taken care of from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables and event materials
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
Protecting company assets
Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships
Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
