Job Description:

Food & Beverage Service Expert position at London Marriott Hotel Regents Park, responsible for providing excellent service in the M Lounge, making meal experiences memorable for guests through menu knowledge, efficient service, and professional handling of any issues.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure restaurant breakfast area is prepared and ready for service as per department checklist
Know every dish on the menu to make recommendations and answer customer questions
Ensure food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile
Deal with any service issues immediately
Follow clearing procedure and ensure all rooms are cleared after each shift
Use suggestive and up-selling techniques in a professional manner

Requirements:

Positive outlook and dependability
Ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping
