Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals while creating memorable, unique experiences. Responsibilities include setting tables, interacting with guests, ensuring quality standards, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a memorable guest experience
setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
following company policies and procedures
maintaining professional appearance and communication
managing the menu
performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to specific weights

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
