Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals, including preparing settings, communication, service, and cleaning, while maintaining professionalism and upholding company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
maintaining professional appearance and communications
physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
