Our Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to serving guests and cleaning work areas. The role involves creating a safe workplace, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance while taking a hands-on approach to various tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
setting tables
interacting and serving guests
communicating with the kitchen
cleaning work areas and supplies
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects
other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
