Peppina is Hobart’s signature restaurant, celebrating the heritage of Executive Chef Massimo Mele. Named after his nonna, Peppina delivers modern Italian cuisine with a distinctly Tasmanian twist. We are seeking vibrant, committed hospitality professionals to join our Signature Restaurant team at Peppina. As a Casual Food & Beverage Service Event Expert, you will play a key role in creating a truly immersive and personalised dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a truly immersive and personalised dining experience for guests
Delivering warm, welcoming and memorable service from beginning to end
Balancing elegance with effortless charm
Showcasing passion for food, wine and hospitality

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar food & beverage role
A genuine interest and knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails
A strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
A Do Food Safely Certificate
Full working rights in Australia
Flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
